Why Sponsor SE26?
SE is the reference conference series on Software Engineering in the German-speaking regions of Europe and has an established record of engaging with Academia and Industry. For 2026, SE expects 250-300 participants among students, researchers, and practitioners.
As a corporate sponsor, you have a great opportunity to elevate your brand and connect with the German-speaking Software Engineering community in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and other countries. For instance, you can meet experts and young talents, showcase your company to an audience of top professionals and academics, gain valuable insights into future SE trends, including AI4SE and SE4AI, and extend your networking opportunities nationally and internationally.

Levels, Benefits and Prices
SE26 offers four sponsoring packages: Platinum , Gold , Silver , and Bronze . The benefits associated with each package are summarized in the table(s) below, and additional benefits may be negotiated depending on the actual sponsorship level and needs.
Note that all sponsorship fees are invested in creating the best possible experience for sponsors and participants.

Student Fee Waiver Program (New!)
SE26 lets companies pay student registrations according to the well-known “pay it forward” model as an alternative or complementary means to support the conference. Therefore, under the Student Fee Waiver Program, companies interested in doing a good deed for students can allow underprivileged and undergraduate students to join SE26 for free, giving them a unique chance to gather first-hand experience in software engineering research at a transnational level.
Companies participating in this program will be acknowledged by having their name and logo printed on each supported student’s badge.
